As a children's instructor, it is important that all children feel welcome - with their different personalities, abilities and needs. That each of the children who come to the class is seen and noticed. Aikido at the age of 7-9 is perhaps more about playing aikido than practicing aikido. The children are more or less interested in doing techniques. Our classes are therefore a mixture of play, body awareness, cooperation and consideration for others in the room. The idea is that they will enjoy themselves, have fun and want to continue training later in life. Therefore, contact with the parents is also an important part of children's training.
